E-commerce Executive/Supervisor
Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain online store operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Plan and execute monthly promotions, campaign participation, and discount strategies.
- Optimize product listings with attractive visuals, accurate descriptions, and SEO-friendly titles.
- Coordinate product photography and creative content for online use.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock updates and timely order fulfilment.
- Handle customer inquiries and support to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in e-commerce operations or online store management
- Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop backend systems
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems
- Able to work independently and coordinate between marketing and warehouse teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
