Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth running of the branch
- Supervise and schedule staff, monitor attendance, and ensure teamwork
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock display, and customer service standards
- Handle cashiering, daily sales closing, and basic reporting
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and replenishment
- Support head office in implementing promotions and operational procedures
- Resolve customer issues politely and maintain good store reputation
Requirements:
- Age below 45 years
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail or outlet management
- Able to communicate in basic Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Responsible, cooperative, and proactive in solving problems
- Customer-friendly and confident in handling day-to-day operations
- Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
